Cancellation Policy
At Beauty by Maria, we value your time and strive to provide the best experience for our clients. To ensure smooth scheduling and to allow us to accommodate other clients, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notice:
- Provide us with at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to other clients requiring our services.
- Late Cancellations:
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment will be considered late cancellations. A late cancellation fee of 50% may be charged to your account. Future appointments will have to be paid in advance.
- No-Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive for your appointment and fail to notify us, this will be considered a no-show. A no-show fee of 50% of the service cost will be applied to your account.
- Repeated Cancellations:
- Clients who repeatedly cancel or reschedule appointments may be required to make a non-refundable deposit for future bookings.
- Emergency Situations:
- We understand that emergencies can arise. If you have a genuine reason for missing your appointment, please contact us, and we will handle the situation on a case-by-case basis.
- Payment of Fees:
- Any applicable cancellation fees will be charged to the credit card on file or, if preferred, can be settled during your next visit.
